Healthy Journeying - Ripon Together

During the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic in June 2020, I was approached by Ripon Together to collate a series of walking & cycling routes people could do as part of their permitted exercise during the lockdown.

The stages of this project are outlined below.

This project was completed as part of a voluntary project & therefore was completed 100% free of charge.

The first stage of the project involved searching the internet for walking & cyling routes & filtering the results to find the most accessible options.

Following the filtration of the results, a small team of people independently walked & cycled each of the routes to assess their practicality & accessibility before publication.

Once this process was complete, I drew up maps for each route and where applicable wrote detailed instructions for people to follow.

The final stage of the project involved designing & building 3 new pages on the Ripon Together Website to host the new 'Healthy Journeying' Section & uploading each individual route to its pre-determined position.
